Verify a certificate

Enter the ID of an El Pozo certificate to independently confirm it is authentic and unaltered.

How it works

Each certificate is signed with El Pozo's private key over the fingerprint of its content. Here we confirm that signature with the public key and compare the recorded fingerprint. No one can forge a certificate without the private key.

The public key is published at elpozo.mx/.well-known/elpozo-verify.json.
