Remote voting

Vote in the assembly from wherever you are

Many owners live part of the year away from the community. With El Pozo they vote in the real assembly from their phone, and their vote counts the same as someone in the room.

01

The board convokes

The notice goes out with the legally-required notice window and quorum, signed, with its order of the day.

02

You vote from your phone

When voting opens, you vote from the app, wherever you are. Every vote is a signed ballot in a chain no one can alter.

03

Signed minutes come out

On close, the minutes are generated with each resolution and its verification — registered as a receipt anyone can verify.

A remote vote, with the same weight

There is no separate “internet vote”: it's the same voting machine. In-person and remote vote alike, and the result is signed over the ballot chain. No one can add, remove, or change a vote without it showing.

How it's verified

Let no owner be left out of the decision.
